Yuan Tai Metal Co., Ltd. carries out quality control strictly from inspection of incoming material to packing for shipment to meet both Yuan Tai Metal Co., Ltd. and customers’ requirements on quality. This also leads quality of Yuan Tai Metal Co., Ltd. products worthy of the trust.
Through the following steps to achieve our goals:

Establishment of TQM, for each process links are set up quality management by objectives。 |

IQC： |
a. |
Chemical position for raw material testing, and material color-coded management to ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of raw material chemical position. |

b. |
Mold inspection：mold and drawing dimensions for compliance with standards, and thus check the drawings weight and actual sample weight gap meet the customer’s requirements or not. |

IPQC： |
At each step of the production line, check production size and recorded in the standard operating procedures form, confirm fit the customer’s requirements or comply with regulatory requirements to prevent defective products. |

FQC： |
For cutting and packaging as OQC outpost preliminary inspection final sizes meet customer’s standards. |
5. |
OQC： |
Final inspection to check production meets customer’s specification and number of shipments for the internal control. |
